Q: Why won’t my DM850 turn on?
A: Check if the 9V (6F22) battery is installed correctly and has enough power. Clean the battery contacts and try a new battery. If it still won’t power on, contact us with a video for support.
Q: Why are my readings unstable/incorrect?
A: Ensure probes are inserted into the right jacks, the range is set correctly, and the test leads are not damaged. A low 9V battery can also cause inaccurate readings.
Q: Can I test high-voltage circuits with this meter?
A: Please follow the rated voltage range marked on the device. Do not exceed the maximum rated voltage, and always use proper safety precautions when testing live circuits.
